It is important to remember that a nicotine junkie is still a junkie and is entitled to the same (lack of) rights and the same ridicule. Unfortunately, many of these junkies don't know that they are junkies, because junkies are stupid. It is your civic duty to remind them that they are junkies. The best way to do this is to address them as "junkie" when ever you have to interact with them.
